Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking an e-commerce customer service representative to join the Lavendaire team!

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails and social media messages
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a professional manner
  • Manage changes to orders as requested by customers
  • Coordinate with our warehouse team to resolve order issues (cancellations, returns, replacements, etc.)

  • Customer service attitude: ability to stay calm and positive; empathetic and solution-oriented
  • Aligns with Lavendaire core values: believe in the mission of the brand, be resourceful, embrace a growth mindset, and be accountable
  • Amazing communication skills: written and within a team
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with online customer service for an e-commerce company
  • Technology & social media savvy (a plus)

Required skills / proficiency:

  • Shopify
  • Freshdesk or other online customer service software
  • Google Workspace apps

This is a part-time hourly position (up to 20-30 hours per week), to start immediately. Most work can be done remotely during PST working hours.
